When a user calls in with a question or problem they are speaking directly with the staff that developed the software in question. The staff has many years of experience in how production systems are used and what problems are normally encountered. It is our ability to listen to our clients ever expanding needs and working with them to modify existing software that allows our products to continually be improved with new features and functionality.
When a new feature is requested we design it in conjunction with the client and then the new feature is available to all of the users. If a request is very specialized to a very specific need, then we will create a custom version for the client.
Training is also tailored to each client’s requirements. This can be in-house training sessions or one-on-one sessions done over the internet.
